What better way to welcome fall than with a sweet, fluffy pumpkin kaiserschmarrn? The best part about this trendy recipe: it only has five ingredients and is quick to make.

There are a few things that help summer kids transition to fall, too. Many of them have something to do with food because when the temperatures cool down, an almost forgotten appetite for comforting and warming food comes right back to us. While it was allowed to be gladly light and fresh in the summer, we look forward now to the full program: Soups, stews, casseroles - here with it.

Fittingly, nature offers us the right ingredients for this. Pumpkin is finally back in season and whets our appetite for new creations. In addition to the classics such as pumpkin soup and pumpkin pie, this year it may taste like a ski vacation. Namely, we create a delicious pumpkin kaiserschmarrn.

This trendy recipe has several advantages: The Schmarrn can be enjoyed at any time, it forms both a balanced breakfast, as well as an afternoon dish or dessert. It is quickly made. And it consists of only five ingredients, most of which we always have in the house anyway.

That sounds like the perfect starting point for cozy Sundays on the sofa, where outside the rain may quietly whip against the windows, we make ourselves comfortable inside anyway. Add to that the scent of pumpkin kaiserschmarrn in the air, and the start of fall is perfect... Can you smell it already? Don't worry, you don't have to wait any longer. Here comes the autumn trendy recipe.
